On the basis that this place is generally busy, chances are you’ll have a good meal. Not a great meal, but a good meal .... most of the time. Percentage wise it’s 75% -80% that your meal will be OK .... however they have faltered in the past. And NO ..... there’s no pictures again .... I will review a place I’ve been, more than once, ..... I can’t see the point in belittling or extolling the virtues of somewhere you’ve just been, if let’s say “there having a bad day” because we all have them! It’s a family friendly ‘eatery’ and I’ve generally found the staff pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic. Without a doubt the best guesthouse I've stayed at. Clean, tidy, friendly and great value for money. Stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding and Maggie and John really have been so accommodating. John was even kind enough to drive us out to the wedding venue to collect our car the next day. As well as tea and the offer of breakfast to help with the sore heads. A true example of Scottish hospitality. Happy to recommend. We will definitely be back!
What a gem. Great hosts. 5 star accommodation. Lovely breakfast. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Margaret and John have got this place immaculate. We were so lucky to find it. We'll be back soon I'm sure.

Had a quick overnight here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The tied pub next door called the Red Squirrel is a good choice for carveries and other pub grub on a budget!
Stayed here overnite for a wedding. Can't fault it. Clean room and great breakfast choice. Would recommend..

This wonderful B&b is the most wonderful place and a wonderful couple who goes beyond the call of duty to help you I have called very late at night on 3 occasions when I have missed the ferry to go back to the island of Arran and they have even picked me up from the train station and this is at 11pm at night it's a wonderful wonderful place to stay and very wonderful people. They should receive more stars. I wish I could stay for longer but always short lived Denise Bodie
Stunning - furnished like a museum but manages to feel homely and comfortable. Wonderful welcome, great breakfast and just around the corner from the Arran ferry... Result!

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

We visited here with our tourer as we had a sun holiday here for the weekend and had really enjoyed the park. However on arrival we were disappointed that the park had travellers on some of the touring pitches and the facilities were not up to the usual standard as they said they couldn't leave the bucket and mop in the wash room as they were being stolen 🤔 I wonder who by! There was also a big fight between the travellers on the Sunday where the police were called to sort this out, really glad my child didn't have to witness any of this as we thankfully were further down but was not what you want on your holiday.
Very nice stay. Fist time stay at static caravan and it went smoothly. Just beside beach. Very peaceful. Small and decent play area for kids. It was a bit cold at night though but was manageable. Very cost effective.
